A vacancy has arisen for a customer service advisor within our company based in Assington (Suffolk).
Assington Autos Ltd was established in 2017. The founder has vast knowledge and experience into metal and the automotive industry, which has helped him in the growth of the business.
As Assington Autos continues to grow, we have an opening for a customer service advisor at our Assington site in Suffolk. Our customer service advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our service level agreements and timeframes.
Must be able to drive or be able to get to work on own.
What we need from you:
- Excellent customer service
- Great, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- IT literate.
- Adaptable, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work as a team
- Logistic experience required but not essential as full training is provided.
- Strong work ethics and commitment.
