A vacancy has arisen for a vehicle dismantler within our company based in Assington (Suffolk). 

Assington Autos Ltd was established in 2017. The founder has vast knowledge and experience into metal and the automotive industry, which has helped him in the growth of the business.

As Assington Autos continues to grow, we have an opening for a vehicle dismantler at our Assington site in Suffolk. The key purpose of this role is to disassemble engines, transmissions systems, electrical components, wheels brakes and other parts which can then be placed into stock or sold.

Key Duties:

• Remove parts in a professional manner to be sold
• Keep area clean and tidy.

Key Skills:

• To have mechanical knowledge, and to be aware of the various car makes, models and components.
• To have good interpersonal skills and be a team player, as the role will include working within a small team.
• To have good knowledge of relevant Health & safety procedures.
• Adaptability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• To be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethics and commitment.

Full time / 5 days per week and possibility of Saturdays depending on workload.
