After a decade working in the metals recycling sector, Howard has developed a deep understanding of many of the key environmental and technical issues affecting the industry. With an LLM in Environmental Law and an MSc in Geochemistry, he is able to inform policymakers and advise members.

A public affairs, policy and stakeholder engagement specialist who manages complex lobbying campaigns and develops policy-driven communication initiatives. Having grown the Association’s visibility, Antonia has brought the issue of metal crime to the attention of parliament, media and the public.

Cameron joined the BMRA after previously working in the health industry in a public affairs role. Holding an MA in Public Policy and Public Management from UEA, Cameron leans on his in-depth knowledge of policymaking to help guide members through the various stages of the policy journey.

Lyn has worked in an office environment for around 30 years starting out as an office junior for a medical company after she left school. Her next few positions were as a team secretary working in various industries. She then took a position of PA in a Planning Dept, where she worked for 15 years.
