By the end of the NPORS 360 Materials ReHandler course, the trainee operator will have a basic understanding of the industry, the dangers of working in the industry and their responsibilities as a plant operator. They will also be able to undertake a range of tasks, including: locating and identifying the major components of the machine and explaining their functions; conducting all pre-operational checks in accordance with manufacturer’s and legislative requirements, and configuring the machine for travel and manoueuvre it safely across varying terrain in open and confined areas.
