Thursday 27 March

Following a hugely successful BMRA Conference hosted by YBMR, we are delighted to inform members that on Thursday 27 March up to eight YBMR delegates have the opportunity to visit The Royal Mint.

The Royal Mint is the United Kingdom's official maker of British coins. It is currently located in Llantrisant, Wales, where it moved in 1968. More recently, The Royal Mint has begun processing electronic waste to recover gold.

Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and we’ll initially only accept one delegate per BMRA member. This is a free-to-attend event but YBMR criteria does apply. So, please only book if you are under the age of 40.

Unfortunately, anyone who has a pacemaker, an under 18 or is pregnant will be unable to come to site and take part in the visit.

To book your place(s) on the trip to The Royal Mint, click here, or the button below, to complete the appropriate booking forms.

If you have any questions regarding the visit, don’t hesitate to contact Cameron Leitch (YBMR Lead) via T: 07487 545037 or E: [email protected].
